Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) is the world’s largest social network, with 2.7 billion people around the globe using one of the company’s social media products at least once monthly. Of those, at least 2.1 billion log in to message friends, relatives, and strangers daily. Nearly 40,000 people work at the company full-time, and tens of thousands more serve as contractors. Other than perhaps Alphabet’s Google or Amazon, no company touches as many people or exerts as much influence as Facebook.
